By accessing our website or making a booking, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Bookings, Payments, and Pricing
All bookings are subject to availability. A contract is only formed once we have received full payment and issued a formal booking confirmation.
- Prices are quoted in British Pounds (GBP) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.
- We reserve the right to adjust our tour prices at any time before a booking is confirmed to account for changes in operational costs, admission fees to sights, or local taxes.
- Full payment is required at the time of booking unless specifically stated otherwise for bespoke private excursions.
3. Cancellations, Amendments, and Refunds
We understand that travel plans can change. However, due to the advance scheduling required for admissions to landmarks like Stonehenge and Windsor Castle, our cancellation policy is strictly enforced.
- More than 14 days before departure: Full refund minus a small administrative fee.
- 7 to 14 days before departure: 50% refund of the total booking cost.
- Less than 7 days before departure: No refund will be issued.
In the rare event that EnglishRoads Tours must cancel an excursion due to extreme weather, site closures, or unforeseen operational issues, a full refund or an alternative date will be offered.
4. Passenger Conduct and Liability
We are committed to providing a safe, enjoyable experience for all guests. Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards our guides, drivers, and fellow travelers.
We reserve the right to refuse service or require a passenger to disembark if their behavior is deemed disruptive, unsafe, or unlawful, without any entitlement to a refund. EnglishRoads Tours limits its liability to the cost of the tour booked and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, personal injury, or property damage during the excursions, save where required by applicable UK law.
